From quick Vietnamese lemon grass and chilli chicken thighs and a smoky chicken salad with roast peppers and almonds, through to a complete feast with pomegranate, barley and feta stuffed roast chicken with Georgian aubergines, there is no eating or entertaining occasion that isn't covered in this book. Diana Henry has the ability to produce excellent, easy to follow recipes that the average cook can use and produce tasty food with plenty of flavour. Sitting along side Diana’s “From the Oven to the Table” these two books will expand your list of great recipes to produce at excellent books. My only criticism they are printed in China, we do have good printers in the UK Octopus!!
